Pork Steaks

We cut our Pork Steaks from the Pork Shoulder and contain the blade bone. Because we cut them from the Pork Shoulder, they are very flavorful and rich and marbling. Think about how good a Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder tastes, and that gives you an idea of what a Pork Steak will taste like after cooking.
